Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tibaj and its users. By using the tibaj website (tibaj.lat) and all related services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

To register on the tibaj platform and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years old (for users aged 21 and above only).
  • You must have a valid account registered in your own name.
  • You must use this platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
  • Online gaming must be legally permitted in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using the tibaj platform.

Account Registration & Management

2.1 Creating an Account

Each person may create only one account on the tibaj platform. If the same person creates multiple accounts, tibaj reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

2.2 Identity Verification

tibaj may request identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals if the required KYC documents are not provided in a timely manner. This process is in place to ensure the security of your funds.

2.3 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your remaining balance (subject to applicable terms) before closing your account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

tibaj currently supports the following payment methods for users in Bangladesh:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
  • Nagad — The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
  • Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

  • Account verification must be complete.
  • If any bonus has been accepted, the associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
  • The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
  • There must be no active investigation on the account.

3.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Any fraudulent financial activity — such as chargebacks, use of false identities, or unauthorized payment methods — will result in the forfeiture of the associated funds and immediate closure of the account. tibaj reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in such cases.

Bonuses & Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

tibaj offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

  • If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000.
  • If you deposit ৳12,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets (৳2,000 × 25) to meet the wagering requirement. Only then will winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes and cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • tibaj reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, but not for bonuses already received.
  • Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

  • If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

tibaj offers weekly cashback through four VIP tiers:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tibaj platform:

Engaging in any of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

If a game ends abnormally due to a server error, network issue, or other technical reason, tibaj reserves the right to void or restart that round where applicable. Any payment made in such circumstances will be considered refundable.

5.4 Sports Betting

tibaj offers betting on a variety of sporting events. Bet outcomes depend on the official results issued by the relevant sporting body. If a match is postponed or cancelled, tibaj will settle bets in accordance with established rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
